Canada is a growing net exporter of energy. It’s a country blessed with vast and diverse energy resource endowments spread across the width and breadth of the nation, from hydropower to oil, gas, coal, uranium, and vast potential for renewable energy, such as wind. These endowments are a significant strategic advantage among developed nations, an important export commodity, and integral to Canadians’ quality of life.
