David Sprague - Chair

David Sprague most recently served as Vice President, Calgary District, at BMO Bank of Montreal. In this role, David was responsible for the Personal and Commercial Client Group in Calgary. He began his career with BMO Bank of Montreal in Toronto in 1972. Prior to moving to Calgary in 2002, David held a succession of increasingly responsible roles in Commercial Banking and Lending. He was appointed to Vice President, Calgary District in 2006. David is a passionate leader with a strong commitment to people development.

David continues to be an active member of his community. He has served on the boards of Junior Achievement, the YMCA and the BMO Financial Group's Employee's Foundation. He most recently joined the 2008 Board of Directors of the Calgary Chamber of Commerce. David enjoys volunteering in the Calgary community with the Mustard Seed and Entrepreneurial Adventures.
