This article on Forbes looks at a few different people and how they use social media to manage their personal brand. Should you have one account on each channel and let people see a "rounded" you or split your audiences and give concentrated content? Would love to hear how you manage it.

Fortunately there are enough social media platforms out there to seperate your business and personal social media presence. I use Facebook mostly for close personal connections, Linked In and Twitter for business and seperate You Tube channels for personal and business, mainly because I'm in the video production business.
My Linked In and Twitter accounts are intended to be a true reflection of my values and personality and I really enjoy making online connections with people. Most of my updates and Tweets are done to share helpful information about the use of video for business. I see little use for updates that tell people what kind of coffee I'm drinking or that I'm about to get on an airplane, because I think most people prefer to use social media to create dialog or learn something new.
