12 Days of Christmas (8 - 23 December, 2011)

Each year, the Calgary Chamber of Commerce hosts the ‘12 Days of Christmas’ a lavish luncheon buffet in the heart of downtown. The highlight of the menu is our dessert, ‘Sticky Pudding’ a dessert so intoxicating those in the know indulge in the secrecy of excess without remorse. Our culinary team continue to indulge in the tradition, serving the Scottish dessert that has been part of Christmas at the Chamber for the past 35 years. The recipe became part of Chamber folklore with previous chef and well known Calgary identity, Johnny Walker.

Of course, we can’t share the recipe but we will be offering options for the public to pre-order and collect their very own Sticky Pudding to enjoy at home for the Holiday Season. After all, it is only fair, twelve days is really too short to savour such a delicacy.
