The Calgary Chamber can certify a variety of documents. The most common being a certificate of origin, which indicates that goods exported by shipment to another have been manufactured or processed in Canada. This form may be requested by customs or other agencies before entry is allowed into another country. In order to have a document certified by the Calgary Chamber, please follow these steps.

1. Print off and complete a document certification form.
2. Have a lawyer, or a commissioner of oaths sign the document certification form.
3. Bring a completed and signed document certification form to the Calgary Chamber, along with an additional copy for our records, with the appropriate payment. Cash, debit, Master Card, Visa, Amex, and cheque are all acceptable forms of payment.

Document certification is $89.25 for non-members and $36.75 for members for anything 12 pages or less.
