Don Chynoweth - Director

Don Chynoweth, Senior Vice President, SNC-Lavalin Group

Since 2003, Don is the Sr. Vice President of the SNC-Lavalin Group and is based in Calgary. He is primarily responsible for the Operations & Maintenance, Logistics and Defence Divisions, along with Northern and Western Canada Business Development activities. Don is also responsible for operations in Afghanistan, British Columbia, Nova Scotia, Alberta and Ontario.

With over 30 years of experience, Don has been with various organizations in different capacities, which include Principal, President of NORLINX INC., Executive Vice-President of ATCO FRONTEC, Government of Canada - Department of National Defence, and President of Compass Management and Enbridge Control Centre Operations.

Don has earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and has also successfully completed the Executive Management Program at the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

Don is also a member of the Executive Committee of the SNC-Lavalin Group.
