Canada has signed multiple trade agreements in the last few years, but what do they mean for small and medium sized businesses?

Join Carlo Dade, Director of the Trade & Investment Centre at the Canada West Foundation as he breaks down how trade agreements have re-shaped the business environment. Carlo will also discuss where risks have increased, how we’ve secured better opportunities, the effects trade agreements have had on exports as well as supply and production chains, and share ideas on how to deal with supporting services enabling businesses to trade.

Carlo has written guides for small businesses in Western Canada to navigate the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) and the new North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). His work on U.S. trade protectionism has been recently featured on the Financial Post.
