What is CEO Peer Mentoring?

Utilizing the Edward Lowe Foundation’s internationally recognized methodology of peer learning programs, our CEO Peer Mentoring programs are designed for leaders of second-stage, growth-oriented companies.

Each meetup is a confidential forum delivered by a certified facilitator that ensures a balanced discussion. Participants gain real-time feedback on sensitive business issues from their peers who are facing, or might have faced a similar issue.

A key element that sets it apart from other roundtable programs is the no advice rule, where participants share experiences rather than give advice, which dramatically changes the dynamics of the discussion.

Possible topics you discuss at a roundtable could be:

  • Direction of the organization

Participation criteria

There are two kinds of roundtables: one for growth-oriented companies and one for growth companies. Here’s how you know which roundtable would be the right fit for you:

Growth-oriented company roundtable


Growth company roundtable


An emerging second-stage business owner, CEO, president or partner (the decision maker). A second-stage business owner, CEO, president or partner (the decision maker).
Have 3 – 9 employees. Have 10 – 99 employees.
Yearly revenue between $500,000 – $1 million. Yearly revenue between $1 million – $50 million.
Committed to being available for 4 hours once a month. Committed to being available for 4 hours once a month.
