Effective March 16, 2020, all Calgary Chamber staff will be working from home, and our physical office space will be closed to the public.
Social distancing is the practice of putting space between each other to reduce the spread of contagious diseases. As it stands, social distancing measures have proven to be the most effective means to contain the spread of the virus.
Online EZ cert. is available for those who have an account. In person Document Certification will only be available on Fridays from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm. Meeting areas will be closed and events taking place in March and April have been cancelled.
We will continue to make sure the voice of Calgary’s business community is heard by leaders and influencers, to create opportunities for connection, learning and growth, and to deliver on our purpose to nourish, power and inspire our business community. We will simply do all of these keeping social distancing in mind through all of our engagement.

What is a Certificate of Origin?
As an international trade document, a Certificate of Origin identifies that goods being exported by shipment to another country have been manufactured or processed in Canada. It is required by customs as one of the key bases for determining duty on the goods being exported.
